It may be hard for you to feel optimistic about the future if you have experienced a loss that is profoundly affecting your life. If you’ve lost a spouse, child, family member or friend, you’ve probably found there are not many people who understand the deep hurt you feel. The same can be true of losses not related to death. Losses involving career, health, relationships, can also leave us in a place that feels very isolated and alone. The thing is: you are not alone, and there is hope. This group’s aim is to help you to regain your footing, to find a foundation for healing and recovery, and to begin rebuilding and looking forward.
